The Refuse Dried Fuel that is segregated from the legacy waste finds use in gas fired/ coal fired thermal plants in the cement industry as well as Waste to Energy Plants. However, due to a high percentage of stones etc, this RDF needs to be processed further to be effectively used for fuel purposes. Towards achieving this target, we are in the process of installing such a plant at Bhalaswa.
